By accessing or using Tratwo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. Tratwo is operated by J M Mehta Travel & Tour Co Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
Tratwo is an AI-powered travel planning platform that enables users to save travel inspiration, generate personalised day-by-day itineraries, collaborate on group trip planning, and access visa intelligence. Itineraries are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional travel, legal, visa, or financial advice. Tratwo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any itinerary or visa information.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and subscribe to Tratwo Pro. By using Tratwo, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Use of Tratwo for minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Access to Tratwo requires email-based OTP (one-time password) authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your sign-in credentials or OTP with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@tratwo.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Tratwo Pro is a paid subscription service available on monthly (Rs.149/month) and annual (Rs.1,999/year) billing cycles. Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled. A founding member rate of Rs.149/month is available to the first 500 subscribers and is locked for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. By subscribing, you authorise Tratwo to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Tratwo Points are earned through platform activity including saving to wishlist, generating itineraries, completing trips, and making bookings through Tratwo. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Points may be applied as a discount against future bookings made through Tratwo at a conversion rate of Re.1 per point. Points never expire while your account remains active. Tratwo reserves the right to modify the Points earn rates, redemption terms, and conversion rates at any time with reasonable notice. Points earned fraudulently or in breach of these terms may be forfeited without notice.
Visa information provided by Tratwo is based on publicly available guidelines and is updated periodically. It is not a substitute for official consulate or embassy advice. Visa requirements, processing times, and fees change frequently and without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying current visa requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government source before submitting any visa application or making any travel arrangements. Tratwo accepts no liability for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from reliance on visa information provided through the platform.
Where Tratwo facilitates the booking of flights, hotels, visa services, foreign exchange, or travel insurance through its operations team, such bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier. A 5% convenience fee applies to all bookings facilitated through Tratwo. This fee is non-refundable. Tratwo acts as an agent and is not the principal supplier of any travel service. Tratwo's liability in connection with travel bookings is limited to the convenience fee charged.
Tratwo Pro subscribers may invite collaborators to participate in trip planning. Collaborators accept these terms upon joining. The trip creator is responsible for the conduct of collaborators they invite. Tratwo is not liable for any disputes arising between trip participants.
By saving content to your Tratwo Wishlist or contributing to group wishlists, you grant Tratwo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service. You retain ownership of your content. You must not save or share content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or violates any applicable law.
You must not use Tratwo to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (c) transmit any unsolicited commercial communications; (d) introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; (e) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Tratwo content or feature without prior written consent; or (f) use automated tools to scrape, extract, or reproduce any content from the platform.
All content, design, software, and trademarks on Tratwo are owned by or licensed to J M Mehta Travel & Tour Co Pvt Ltd. Itineraries generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Tratwo content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tratwo and J M Mehta Travel & Tour Co Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Tratwo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tratwo, J M Mehta Travel & Tour Co Pvt Ltd, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Tratwo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Tratwo after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these terms or the use of Tratwo shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
