Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Tratwo offers a free tier and a paid subscription plan ("Tratwo Pro"). Tratwo Pro is available on a monthly billing cycle (Rs.149/month) or an annual billing cycle (Rs.1,999/year). All subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period.

2. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your Tratwo Pro subscription at any time through the account settings on the Tratwo platform or by contacting us at hello@tratwo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to Tratwo Pro features until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy: Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the circumstances described in Section 5. Upon cancellation, no pro-rata refund is issued for any unused portion of the current billing period. This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

4. Refund Policy: Travel Bookings

Cancellations and refunds for flights, hotels, and other travel services booked through Tratwo are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective supplier (airline, hotel, or service provider) at the time of booking. Tratwo will communicate applicable supplier policies before confirming any booking. The 5% convenience fee charged on travel bookings is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Technical Failure Exception

If Tratwo fails to deliver a core feature due to a verified technical error on our part — including failure to generate an itinerary following a successful subscription payment, you are entitled to request a refund for that billing period. Refund requests under this exception must be submitted within 7 days of the incident by emailing hello@tratwo.com with the subject line "Refund Request: [your registered email]" and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days. Refunds approved under this exception will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Tratwo Points

Tratwo Points earned through platform activity (saves, itinerary generation, trip completion, bookings) have no cash value and are non-refundable. Points redeemed against a booking that is subsequently cancelled will not be reinstated unless the cancellation results from a verified error on Tratwo's part. Points never expire while your account remains active.

7. Founding Member Rate

Users who subscribed at the founding member rate of Rs.149/month retain that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Cancellation of a founding member subscription will result in loss of the founding member rate. Re-subscription after cancellation will be subject to the standard rate prevailing at the time of re-subscription.

8. Auto-Renewal

Tratwo Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before your annual subscription renews. By subscribing, you authorise Tratwo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

9. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Tratwo does not store your payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Supported payment methods include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.

10. GST

All subscription prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate. A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for each payment upon request.

11. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the technical failure exception, email hello@tratwo.com with the subject line "Refund Request: [your registered email]". Include your registered email address, the date of the affected transaction, and a description of the technical issue. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 5 business days.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
