Cancellation & Refund Policy
Special Cancellation Conditions
Certain air, car, hotel, and tour products may have additional cancellation charges. These conditions and costs are located under the pricing details on the individual pages and will be clearly communicated in writing at the time of booking.
Amendment Fees

Amendments made to confirmed bookings will incur a fee per amendment.

These fees are in addition to any charges levied by the airline or supplier.
Credit Card Chargeback Fees
Any fees charged to ANARCH TRAVEL TECH VENTURES LLP by the credit card payment provider, arising from a chargeback or disputed charge, will be passed on to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.
Change of Itinerary After Booking Has Commenced

Alterations or cancellations of services after booking commencement may incur penalties.

No refunds will be provided for unused services.
Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing, either directly to Tratwo Concierge or through the agent from whom the arrangements were purchased.

Claims must be made before the departure time.

No refunds will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather or illness; these must be claimed through travel insurance.

Refunds for services once travel arrangements have commenced are not guaranteed.
If payment is made twice for a single transaction, one amount will be refunded as a deposit to Tratwo Concierge’s account within 7–10 working days. Refunds are processed only after the amount is received from the airline or supplier in the company's bank account.
Refunds will align with the specific products and services offered by Tratwo Concierge. Processing may take 7 working days, and the refund will be credited to the customer's original mode of payment.
Reporting of Incidents
Any abnormal incidents, including injuries, service problems, cancellations, or dissatisfaction, must be reported to Tratwo Concierge during the event to allow the company an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance.
